Detox and Re-Glow

Hey guys, i'm baccckk!!! I've taken abit of time for vacation and felt that I needed a little push to get back onto my blogging. So today, I'm going to share how you can if you have just abit of time to do what it takes to naturally and organically detox your body and help it to glow from within. However, I have to strongly emphasize that having this alone as a substitute for meals is NOT ENOUGH NOR RECOMMENDED!! Most importantly, you have to drink at least 1.5 - 2 litres of water per day. If you are one who finds that a challenging task, you may start from 1 litre like I did before and slowly increase. If you are those who likes to drink soup and smoothies made from fruit or vegetables, it contributes to the stipulated water consumption too!

So anyway, what i'd like to share with you guys is the benefits of green smoothies you can make at home. I do believe in sharing good stuff and hope you guys find this helpful.
