So this morning, seeing that i have some ingredients in my fridge, i decided to make a healthy drink - my very own, very simple, strawberry smoothy.
Here is the recipe:
Prep time: 15 min Max
1) Add 2 and half spoonful of Thick

Creamy Yoghurt (any flavour),
2) 6 Korean Strawberries - It's sweeter if
its from Korea.
3) and finally, 3-4 cubes of ice.
4) Put them all in a blender and bend
till the right consistency.

PS: Don't put too many cubes of ice cos its not good for your body. More so for girls. Hope this easy
recipe is useful for even those in a rush every morning.
