Sailing on a Sunny Sunday

5.26.2013

The last time I went out to Sea was at Gold Coast to catch some whale watching. That left a very fearful impression of me reliving the whole sea-sick episode. However since it this time isn't really out to Sea and it was a good friend's bdae, it was definitely worth the attempt again. I mean, what else is there to do in Singapore right?

So Geo dear took it upon herself to organize this whole trip along with all the preparation for all of us hungry bears. Seems like a task that most people can do? Well, not if you see the effort of her preparing each and every part of it to the very last T.  An awesome wife I'd say, and an equally splendid event planner. (PM me if anyone would like a small scale planner)

Too cute you can eat him up!
Little Greggy was really just a little gentlemen throughout the whole trip.
Especially for a 3 year old. :)

Here is our awesome planner, together with CAPITAN DARRICK all the way from England!

Still looking fresh faced at the start of the trip in the cabin under shade. But not for long...

The boys catch...

So this was what Geo prepared for us for lunch. Blue Caviar Sushi, Sweet Salmon Belly, Desert Wine, and my favorite, some marshmallows desert donned with fresh orchids. How thoughtful was her preparation?! It totally made the whole mood right. Like we were virtually on a 1 day trip out of Singapore! Though in actual  fact, the sad truth was that we had work the next day. :(

So then, the Sun, the sweat and the constant rubbing of our faces started to wear off our makeup.
But the day was still beautiful and its starting to get cooler.

And then, its time for the Bdae boy!

Looking up at the gorgeous sky and sail, we're all soo sooo tired by now. But yet its such a therapuetic way to distress.

Baked, sweaty, sticky, hungry and tired...
But still having fun!

Even baby Greg dozed off like that. Haha... Cute ttm!

And as the Sun sets, you know its time to say goodbye
you look to the right and you still see the endless water beckoning for you to head back again
Whilst on the left you know its where you belong.
Back to the bustling city and the endlessly rushings in the morning.
Oh well, such is life. For now.

xoxo,
Millie
