I've got a couple of great thick pairs of socks from Cotton On Body @ 3 for $10. And they are really thick and comfy but just mid ankle. However, the better finds are the 2 below, from River Island @ $19.90 each. They are waist high tights and are 80% cotton. Its really very thick and very useful against the cold.
And then there's this... Its a man's scaf which I got from Aldo (for my special someone) @ $19.50. Its really nice I feel cos its got a rugged feel to it and its interchangable with 3 colours. So for those gf who are going on a winter holiday with your partner, here's a thoughtful gift for your love one.
And then there's this, just @ $4.95 at Cotton On Body. I only chanced upon this while the cashier was scanning my items and the minute I sat eyes on this, I just had to get it!! Lol... Its just so cute!! But mature cute. Unlike if it were pink or something. Lol... No offence to pink lovers. I love it too. Sometimes...
And finally, how can you go on a trip without masks? Well, at least if you are going away for at least 2 weeks you've gotta bring something. So here, i've got some individual sheet masks for both the eyes and face. But the real bargain are the 2 boxes of Silk Whita eye masks. I really like Silk Whita face and eye masks for some reason. Cos everytime I use it, I feel it works somehow. I'm not sure if it'll work for you, but if you are interested in trying it out, you can get it at Sasa. Its now buy 1 box get 1 box free, @ $20.90. Theres only 5 pairs in each. Still quite pricey. And everytime I pass by and pick 1 up, I feel the pinch. But I still rather have it than not. So anw, even in Singapore I try to put it regularly. Whats to say when its winter elsewhere!! So I'd definitely need to stock up.
So for those out there who are interested in getting not so pricey winter wear, River Island is a cheaper and more fashionable place to go to rather than Winter Time!! XX
