Getting into the CNY mood...

Every Year when it's time for CNY, we always make the traditional pineapple tart. Sometime that i can safely call myself good at doing. Haha... It takes too much time and effort to make it from scratch, but knowing how much people enjoy it, at least i know my efforts have not gone to waste.

Let the moulding begin. The most time consuming part cos you can't be too rough or gentle.
